We will research sites and facilities, secure or recommend sites, arrange transportation, coordinate and oversee the activities of staff assigned to the event, recruit and train staff and other personnel, create a workable budget or plan to work within a given budget, develop timelines, inspect and assess the site and facility, negotiate travel arrangements and accommodation contracts, negotiate with vendors, including transport companies, destination management companies, special event companies and tour guides, promote and market the event, hire caterers, negotiate prices, locate and interact with speakers and VIPs.
